Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar will be adding to their family later this year. People magazine has confirmed Gellar, 35, is pregnant with their second child. Neither Gellar nor Prinze Jr. has commented, but an insider tells People the couple is “thrilled.”
“They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply. She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news,” the source says.
No other details were available. Gellar and Prinze welcomed daughter Charlotte in September 2009 after 7 years of marriage.
Gellar most recently starred on the first season of The CW drama Ringer. She is perhaps best known for starring in the WB series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Prinze’s film credits include I Know What Your Did Last Summer and She’s All That. He most recently guest starred on Psych and Monday Night Raw.
