Don’t worry, Kardashian fans – Khloe will be back for more of her E! reality show “Khloe & Lamar.” Rumors surfaced this week that the show, which documents Khloe’s marriage to NBA star Lamar Odom, was canceled, but both Khloe and her rep have denied the reports.
MTV reports it received an e-mail from Khloe’s rep saying the show has not been cancelled, but filming has been put on hold because Lamar’s return to basketball “is [the] priority right now.” Lamar, 32, was traded to the Dallas Mavericks last year after 7 years with the Los Angeles Lakers. His poor performance with the Mavericks led to a brief stint in the D-league in March. Odom confirmed in early April that he was leaving the Mavericks. He has been listed as inactive since the announcement.
Khloe, 27, also spoke to Entertainment Tonight about their hiatus from reality TV. "Our show is not cancelled. Lamar and I have chosen to take a break this summer. We've been on a whirlwind doing back-to-back shows, and we just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics -- you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now,” she said.
Khloe and Lamar will still appear on E!’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
