Pure Green Coffee Extract for Weight Loss

Pure Green Coffee Extract has been proven to cause weight loss

A newly released study from the University of Scranton may be the latest news in understanding the breakthrough to how weight can be lost quickly and easily. The study found that Pure Green Coffee Extract in the purest form could be effective at reducing body fat. The amazing part of the study is participants were able to eat anything and consume the average amount of calories while relying on the green coffee beans alone to assist in weight loss.

On average, the 16 participants in the study lost an average of 17 pounds in just 22 weeks by adding a pure green coffee extract to their diet. Researcher Dr. Joe Vinson, a professor of chemistry at the University of Scranton, presented the results of the study at the Spring 2012 Meeting & Expo of the American Chemical Society in San Diego, California.

The little green bean extract was recently featured in an episode of “Dr. Oz.” In the hit television show, Dr. Oz said when talking about the green bean extract, “When turned into a supplement, this miracle pill can burn fast fat.”

The pure green coffee extract is full of life and nutrition and are the purest form of the traditional coffee bean. The only difference from the black coffee bean most of us are used to is that green coffee beans are not roasted or exposed to the intense heat process that makes coffee black and full of aroma.

But the caffeine is not the secret to the weight lost. When green coffee beans are roasted, they lose a key ingredient, the active compound called chlorogenic acid. This polyphenolic antioxidant is thought to hold a key secret to weight loss as it slows down the release of glucose into the blood stream. Sugar becomes fat in the body, but with the addition of chlorogenic acid, this can be avoided as metabolism speeds up.

On the recent episode of Dr. Oz, Dr. Lindsey Duncan, a naturopathic doctor and certified nutritionist, said the participants in the study consumed 2,400 calories a day, slightly above normal recommended caloric intake, and burned only about 400 of those calories. Each participant lost over 10 percent of total body weight and 16 percent of total body fat. No side effects were reported and no exercise was needed.

Dr. Oz recommended the proper dosage of 800 to 1000 mg of pure green coffee extract twice a day, 20-30 minutes before meals with a glass of water, in order to recognize its full effects.

The extract can be found online. Consumers should only buy the pure green coffee extract without any additives whatsoever. Ensure that no additional ingredients are put into the pure green coffee bean extract you buy.

Dr. Oz gave the beans to two participants who cited more energy in their diet even without any changes to their normal daily activities. In five days, one of the participants had lost two pounds and the other lost six pounds, more than a pound a day.
