O.J. Simpson awaits appeal decision

O.J. Simpson lawyers are trying to convince a Nevada Supreme Court panel to release him from prison while the justices review his conviction in a gunpoint hotel room heist. David Roger who is the Clark County District Attorney will argue against the release. He also prosecuted Simpson. The decision will not be an immediate decision. The outcome cannot be predicted, but it is rare for the state high court to hear oral arguments on bond even more rare to grant a release.
