Former Lost star Matthew Fox was arrested last week for drunk driving. According to reports, the actor was driving with an unidentified person to a fast food restaurant in Bend, Oregon early Friday morning when he was pulled over. Fox, 45, was taken into custody around 3:23 a.m. He was released later in the day.
Fox has not commented. This is not his first run-in with the law. Last August, Cleveland bus driver Heather Bormann filed a $25,000 lawsuit against Fox. Bormann’s lawsuit claimed she was blocking Fox from entering a party bus that was already occupied when he suddenly began attacking her “with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury.” The 29-year-old said she suffered severe injuries to her hand and fingers when she fought back, punching Fox in the face and giving him a bloody lip. Fox, who was allegedly drunk at the time of the incident, was detained by Cleveland police, but was not arrested or charged.
