Kinetix, the RPO firm for growth companies, announced today that Carol McDaniel will be joining their team in the title of Senior Vice President. McDaniel’s role at Kinetix will involve responsibilities in the Human Resources Consulting and Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) areas of the Kinetix integrated model.
“This new career is a perfect fit for me” says McDaniel, “as Kinetix continues to grow and shape the RPO HR Consulting space, I’m excited I’ll actually impact that growth by bringing my expertise to their clients, the Kinetix brand and overall strategic plan.”
McDaniel will maintain her title of Vice President of the HR Florida State Council and continue to serve on the board of directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County. She will operate out of Florida and focus much of her early efforts in the southeast.
