Second Masseur Accuses John Travolta Of Sexual Battery

A second male masseur has come forward with sexual battery claims against John Travolta. Like the first masseur, the new accuser has elected to remain unidentified in his $2 million lawsuit filed Tuesday morning in Los Angeles. He is referred to as “John Doe No. 2” in court papers. Both masseurs are being represented by the same attorney.

John Doe No. 2 claims Travolta made unwanted advances towards him at a resort in Atlanta, Georgia  on January 28, 2012. During an in-room massage, the actor allegedly stripped naked and “indicated that he likes a lot of ‘Glutes’ work meaning a massage on his buttocks.” The masseur alleges that “while he was massaging near Travolta's buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus.” Near the end of the massage session, Travolta allegedly tried to force John Doe No. 2 to touch his scrotum. He then tried “to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2's upper thighs and buttocks,” according to the lawsuit. “Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go," the lawsuit states.

The accuser claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions.”

In the first lawsuit, John Doe No. 1 says Travolta hired him for a massage session at the Beverly Hills Hotel. At one point in the massage, Travolta alleged touched the masseur’s genitals and offered to do a “reverse massage.” The masseur says when he refused, Travolta said, "Come on dude, I'll jerk you off!"

Travolta allegedly apologized for his advances, but later asked if the masseur wanted to have sex with a "Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex and to be double penetrated." The actor also allegedly masturbated and admitted the success of his career is "due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his 'Welcome Back Kotter' days.”

A rep for Travolta slammed the lawsuit. “None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie...On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff's attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution,” the rep said in a statement.
