Expectant mom Vanessa Lachey appeared on Live! With Kelly Friday along with husband Nick Lachey to talk about their baby-to-be. The baby, due in late summer or early fall, will be the first child for the couple.
"I've been lucky, knock on wood, so far – no morning sickness, no anything," Vanessa said of her pregnancy.
As for how Nick, 38, has been handling the pregnancy, Vanessa says she thinks he has “Pregnancy Dad Syndrome." "I've read about this," she explained. "He's got the cravings, he's got gas. He's like, 'I feel bloated, my back, my feet.' He's had me rub his feet!"
"That's just old age, baby," Nick joked.
Nick announced Vanessa’s pregnancy on Live! in March. The former 98 Degrees singer began dating Vanessa, 31, in 2006 shortly after his split from first wife Jessica Simpson, who welcomed her first child with fiancé Eric Johnson last week. Lachey and Minnillo tied the knot last July.
