NBA scores and highlights from Sunday night 11-19
The LA Lakers (7-3) got 23 points and 10 rebounds from Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum added 12 points and 13 rebounds as they coasted to a 82-72 win over the Chicago Bulls (3-7). Kobe Bryant had a poor night shooting but finished with 18 points. The Bulls were awful from the field, shooting just 34 percent on the night. Andres Nocioni was their lone bright spot with 30 points in the loss.
Tim Duncan shot 13 of 17 from the field for 35 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Spurs (8-2) knocked of the Sacramento Kings (5-4) 108-99. Manu Ginobili contributed 16 points in the Spurs victory. Ron Artest scored 22 points for the Kings while Shareef Abdur-Rahim had 16 points and 12 rebounds in the loss.
