After six years of starring on The Game, Tia Mowry is leaving the popular BET series. The actress confirmed the news on Twitter Tuesday.
"Just wanted to let all my fans know that I will not be returning to The Game for season 6. It was an incredible run and I had lots of fun," Mowry wrote.
No other details on her departure from The Game have been released.
The 33-year-old, who stars with twin sister Tamera Mowry on the Style reality show Tia & Tamera, will concentrate on other projects, like promoting her new pregnancy advice book “Oh Baby!” She is also set to star in the upcoming TV movie The Mistle-Tones. Mowry and husband Cory Hardrict will celebrate son Cree’s first birthday next month.
