The Atlanta Falcons will be without Harry Douglas for the 2009-10 season after the receiver suffered a knee injury during drills on Wednesday.
Douglas reportedly suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, leaving the Falcons shorthanded at the receiver position as Roddy White remains a holdout while trying to renegotiate his contract.
Douglas, 24, had 23 receptions for 320 yards and a touchdown for the Falcons last year and had been filling in for White on first-team offensive drills in training camp. The third-year Louisville product was also used to return 19 punts; one of those was taken back for a TD.
