NexxtShow Improves Customer Service by Utilizing the Latest Texting and QR Code Technology

NexxtShow brought a new level of customer service and technology to the AAA event by using a texting service with all exhibitors.  To announce this new service, signs and flyers were placed throughout the venue.  QR codes were incorporated enabling the exhibitors to quickly scan their personal exhibitor assistant’s contact information into their smartphone. They could then text from anywhere on the show floor and their service representative would visit their booth within minutes to address any needs.

AudiologyNOW! took place March 28-31, 2012 in Boston, Massachusetts, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). The event is the world’s largest gathering of audiologists.
