Attorney Kevin Glasheen of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman LLP is announcing that Alexandro Guzman has filed a lawsuit against the driver of a pick-up truck, William Charles Freeman of Lubbock, and his employer Sodexo, Inc. after a severe collision in Lubock, Texas.
On Tuesday April 17, 2012, Alexandro Guzman was stopped in his 2002 Ford Taurus in the southernmost westbound lane at the intersection of 50th Street and Loop 289 Access Road in Lubbock, Texas. Freeman, while in the course and scope of his employment with Sodexo, Inc., was driving a 2000 Chevrolet 3500 pickup truck northbound on the access road and failed to stop at a red light. When Freeman ran the red light, he struck a 2007 Toyota Tundra that was proceeding eastbound through the intersection under a green light. Freeman crashed his truck into the Toyota Tundra pickup causing it to skid sideways, flip, and land on top of Guzman’s vehicle. The collision caused severe injuries to Guzman.
Kevin Glasheen, the
car accident attorney for Guzman, stated, “Our firm has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Alexandro, to ensure that we preserve all evidence in this case. Our firm is helping Alexandro get the best medical care possible.” The lawsuit was filed this morning in Lubbock County District Court.
