An upcoming July auction for one of the Snowy Mountains’ best located ski in ski out properties will provide good guidance for the ongoing strength of Thredbo’s finest properties. The auction is set down at a special time of 6pm on Saturday 7th July after the conclusion of the Northern Zone Interschools Skiing races that day.
With a recent pick up in interest in top level properties in Thredbo the vendor, who was the first purchaser off the plan in 1999, decided that it was time to sell the apartment in the first auction ever run for a ski front home in Thredbo Village. Ski In Ski Out Apartment 6 is one of the finest locations in the up-market Crackenback sub-division, and part of the only 5-star Vogue rated resort in the Snowy Mountains. This highly desirable, almost uniquely located, property should draw close interest from potential buyers at a time when prices remain well below their peak levels, but are now beginning to show emerging signs of resurgence.
