Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves became husband and wife over the weekend in a three day wedding celebration at their home in Austin, Texas. The celebration kicked off Friday night with a rehearsal dinner. Guests stayed in dozens of air-conditioned tents pitched across the property and enjoyed gourmet food and lawn games.
The couple exchanged vows at sunset Saturday evening. McConaughey, 42, wore a Dolce & Gabbana suit while Alves, 29, donned a handmade gown by a Brazilian designer.
"Matthew looked so handsome, like an Old Hollywood movie star," a guest tells People magazine. "And Camila was just glowing and beautiful!"
Celebrity guests included Woody Harrelson, Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth, John Cougar Mellencamp and Meg Ryan.
McConaughey and Alves were engaged last year on Christmas Day after six years of dating. The couple has two children together, son Levi, 3, and daughter Vida, 2. In March, Alves told ET Canada she already felt married to McConaughey.
"We've been living a married life for over six years now," she said. "We have homes together, we have family together, we have kids, we've built a life together. So we've been living a married life this whole time."
McConaughey can be seen next alongside Channing Tatum in Magic Mike.
