Witty Law Group Offers Assistance with Immigration Issues to Military Members

Our nation’s military member make tremendous sacrifices to assure our country remains free and safe. In an effort to thank our troops, the American Immigration Lawyers Association has teamed up with the military’s Legal Assistance Office (LAO) and Judge’s Advocate General’s Corps to offer help with immigration issues to members of the military and their families.

The AILA Military Assistance Program began in 2008 and The Witty Law Group, with offices in New York and Tennessee, is proud to offer their legal expertise pro bono to service members and their family.

JAG offices offer legal expertise free of charge to military members, but in recent years have found they are inundated with questions and requests for help with immigration issues such as obtaining visas and naturalization. In order to resolve these legal issues for members of the United Sates Armed Services, JAG must turn to immigration attorneys.

The attorneys at Witty Law Group focus exclusively on immigration law questions and litigation. Their immigration lawyers are capable of representing military personnel with family-based immigration issues, employment visas, deportation defense and naturalization.

Participation in AILA Military Assistance Program is just one way for The Witty Law Group to show their appreciation to our nation’s military members and their selfless commitment.
