Danaher Corp., DHR - $61.5 Million Sale for Danaher Chairman's

Danaher (ticker: DHR) has seen shares rise in 2009, although they have lagged the rally. Now insiders at the maker of Craftsman tools are cutting away at their holdings, selling more than 1.3 million shares in the past week.

Chief Financial Officer Daniel Comas sold 7,400 shares for $458,708, an average of $61.99 a share. Comas, who has been with the company since 1996, continues to own 4,024 shares directly, 3,249 shares in his 401(k), and 2,264 shares through his spouse.
