Homeowner, Mrs.Ronni Mandell, after 18 months of trying to get a modification, Bank of America promised her one if she remove several unfavorable press releases criticizing BOA, but they are asking her give up your right of free speech, freedom of the press and any right to future legal representation or recourse should Mers as it says in the long agreement could foreclose, demand payment of entire loan or terminate for any reason without an explanation. This is absurd and it sounds like a orchestrated trap to get her to sign her rights away and then foreclose. Mrs. Mandell told them that after the loan was officially commencing she will take down the press releases. Her word is golden. She is a 61 year old hard worker and should not be required to give up all her rights. You wouldn't believe the many stipulations they demand which is over and above what is necessary.
Please call Mr. Joseph Kancar of Bank of America on her behalf and tell him no to the waiver and just have her take the press releases down, there is no reason for overkill and bullying. This would be a violation of her 1st Amendment Rights under the Constitution for free speech, right to freedom of the press and right to have legal recourse in the event they try to cancel the loan for no reason at all. They've done that before to many thousands of homeowners. They are famous for dirty tricks.
Call Bank of America in support of Mrs. Mandell and tell them "NO" Joseph Kancar (877) 471-4367 Ext. 226194 Thank you.
We have to help each other defend our rights to freedom and democracy.
