Investigation Reveals Lindsay Lohan Was Speeding and Caused Latest Traffic Accident

Los Angeles, CA- RadarOnline just broke the news that investigators have determined that Lindsay Lohan was speeding when she slammed her Porsche into the rear of truck.

On June 8th Lindsay Lohan slammed her car into the rear of a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway. At the time of the accident Lindsay told police that she was not driving when the accident occurred, but authorities soon discovered she was lying.

Shortly after the accident, the truck driver hired an accident attorney to seek compensation for his injuries, which were minor. He also told police and news agencies that Lindsay and her assistant both emerged from the vehicle on the passenger side in attempt to hide the fact that Lindsay was driving.

According to RadarOnline, a source close to the situation stated that excessive speed caused the accident. The source said, “She was probably going ten miles over the posted speed limit, which would have been around 55 miles. There were no skid marks, which indicate that Lindsay was indeed speeding and didn’t have time to even hit the brakes before she crashed into the truck.”

Lohan’s Porsche was totaled. Lindsay and her personal assistant were not injured. They along with the truck driver were all very lucky to have walked away from the accident. In this accident, property damage is the major concern. An accident lawyer can help the accident victims get the funds to replace or repair their damaged vehicles.

Lindsay is currently working on a biopic about Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor. The insurance company providing coverage for the production forbade Lindsay from driving during filming which would explain why she lied about being the driver.

Most accident victims don’t walk away from traffic accidents. Many of them incur serious injuries that can be temporarily or permanently debilitating. When this happens, an accident attorney can make the negligent driver pay for the personal injuries they cause.
