Citigroup may never sleep, but insiders at the banking giant have been relatively quiet since the stock hit a bottom in early March. However, two division heads have stepped up to the plate, each buying one million shares. On Aug. 5, Chief Executive Officer of Citibank North America Eugene McQuade purchased 1 million shares for $3.4 million, an average of $3.41 a share.
