The major indices ended the week with a boom on the back of better-than-expected job numbers. The Dow closed up 1.2%, the S&P added 1.3% and the Nasdaq gained 1.4%. CBS Corp. Media Company posted better-than-expected earnings, boosting shares by 26.6% Friday. CBS shares last traded at $10.81, a gain of $2.27.
