Allegations of Infidelity Arise in John Cena Divorce

Liz Cena, who was served with divorce papers by WWE wrestling star Jon Cena in May, alleges that her husband cheated on her. If Liz’s divorce attorney is able to prove allegations of infidelity, the pre-nuptial agreement they signed could be challenged.

TMZ first broke the story that Liz believed John cheated on her and now one of his wrestling peers, Kenn Doane, has come forward, stating his girlfriend had an affair with John. Doane also claims that John has several mistresses, including Doane’s ex-girlfriend, a married wrestling diva, and another married woman whose husband is not in the business. John is also accused of sleeping with groupies.

According to Raymond Rafool, the attorney representing Liz, “We are definitely following up on every lead relative to his being unfaithful before and after the separation.”

The Cena’s don’t have any children so there won’t be a protracted battle over custody, but if the infidelity rumors are true this will still be a long divorce battle.

Very few couples survive after a spouse cheats and repeat incidents give the spurned spouse a better chance of getting a better settlement. Infidelity accounts for one of the primary reasons a person retains a divorce lawyer.

Although it is easy to get a divorce these days, especially online, it is important to know that if the couple cannot reach an agreement on how to divide their assets, child custody or spousal support, they will need legal assistance. A divorce attorney will be able to help an estranged spouse get the final settlement they deserve.
