Westmoore Announces Management Change

Robert L. Jennings Resigns from Westmoore to Focus on CRHG Operations

Westmoore, majority shareholder of The Custom Restaurant & Hospitality Group (OTCBB: CRHS), announced today that Robert L. Jennings has resigned from all roles within Westmoore effective immediately. Rob Jennings is currently the Chairman and CEO of CRHS and has decided to focus solely on growing the company and concentrate fully on the recently announced acquisition of 10 Millie’s Restaurant & Bakery locations.

“I wish to thank Rob for his dedication and hard work over the past years at Westmoore,” said Matthew R. Jennings, Westmoore CEO. “I wish him well as he devotes his time and efforts in executing the strategic plans of CRHS and enhancing shareholder value.” Matt will continue to direct the operations of Westmoore and its reorganization.
