Oracle today announced that it has clubbed its value chain planning (VCP) apps into its JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software using a Process Integration Pack (PIP). The enhancement is targeted at three verticals -- manufacturing, high technology, and retail goods distribution, intimated Lenley Hensarling, Oracle group vice president and general manager.
