Maine authorities have charged two teenagers with criminal use of explosives after they detonated an acid bomb inside a Wal-Mart on Saturday.
The hundreds of holiday shoppers inside the Wal-Mart were evacuated and several were treated for eye and throat irritation resulting from the chemical bombs.
Wal-Mart was back open on Sunday.
The two 15-year-old boys were identified by the security cameras situated in and around the Wal-Mart and by Saturday night they had been apprehended by Maine police. They were released to their parents early Sunday morning.
There were three other bombs that the teenagers had planted; one on an office building rooftop and two on a residential lawn but those did not detonate.
