Titans Keep McNair’s memory alive

The Tennessee Titans have been very dedicated to keeping the memory of slain former quarterback Steve McNair alive.  This season current Tennessee Titans will honor McNair by wearing a No. 9 decal on their helmets.

Brian McCarthy who is a spokesperson for the league stated that the league found this gesture extremely appropriate and approved the teams 1 ¼ inch decal in memory of Steve McNair.  McNair was played with the Titans for eleven seasons and led the team to its only Super Bowl appearance.
