Emily Maynard and her final six guys traveled to Prague for the last set of dates before hometowns. Three lucky guys got one-one-one dates while three others were left for the final group date of the season.
Arie’s one-on-one is overshadowed by Emily learning he had brief relationship with Bachelorette producer Cassie Lambert several years ago. Emily wishes Arie would have been honest from the start instead of not telling her that he and Cassie know each other. She drops hints throughout their date that she wants him to be completely honest and not hold on to secrets, but Arie only confesses that he covered up a tattoo of an ex-girlfriend's name. Chris Harrison later reveals Arie, Emily and Cassie had a talk off camera. Arie apparently felt the relationship was too insignificant to talk about and Emily agreed. Arie ends his date by telling Emily that he loves her.
John scores the second one-on-one date. Emily hopes John opens up more because they are running out of time. They explore the city and a very old castle before settling down for a serious talk. John admits he is guarded because of a past relationship that ended when the girl cheated. He says he is excited for Emily to meet his family. After John returns from his date, Sean sneaks out to find Emily and have some alone time. Emily loves the gesture and the confidence it took for Sean to go after her.
Chris, Sean and Doug are the unlucky trio stuck with the group date. They take a carriage ride to an old castle. Emily hopes she can finally find a romantic spark with Doug, but it doesn’t happen and she decides to send him packing. He doesn’t realize she is breaking up with him when he finally does kiss her. The kiss makes their parting awkward. Sean ends up receiving the date rose and Chris makes no effort to hide his anger.
The final one-on-one goes to Jef. Emily and Jef spend time shopping and admiring an old library. Their conversation turns serious when Jef tells Emily he is in love with her. They talk about wanting to be married and having children right away.
Emily decides she wants to skip the pre-rose ceremony cocktail party. Chris is disappointed because he wants to apologize for his behavior at the end of the group date. After Arie and Jef receive roses, Chris stops the ceremony and pulls Emily aside to apologize. Emily accepts his apology and gives him the final rose. John is sent home.
