As Delegate General, Mr. Fortier focused on fostering the growth of mid market companies within North America. Mr. Fortier was also the Economic Director of the Province of Quebec from 2004 until 2008 as well as the former executive Director of the Société de Développemen Economique Ville-Marie in Montreal from 1997 to 2004 and the Société d'Investissement Jeunesse from 1988 to 1996.
