Thirty-nine of the children suffered minor injuries which mostly entailed cuts and bruises. All of the 39 children and two adults were taken to the hospital for observation.

The accident is still under investigation.

With summer under full swing, the number of traffic accidents rise as more people hit the roads. Even though drivers know that their actions affect others, they still drive in a reckless manner. Speed and distractions are major contributors to traffic accidents and negligent drivers cause injuries to others, but they will be held accountable by an accident lawyer.

While some people suffer from minor injuries, there are many others who wrongfully lose their lives or have debilitating injuries. It isn’t right for these personal injury victims to be burdened with medical costs because of another’s negligence. An expert accident attorney will make certain these cost don’t come out of their pockets.

Any person who has been injured in a traffic accident can increase their final settlement by retaining an accident lawyer to begin working on their case immediately.
