Crocs Mercy Work: The Perfect Combination of Comfort, Practicality, and Style

Finding a shoe that is both comfortable and yet stylish enough for the workplace can be frustrating. For employees that are constantly on their feet during much of the day, even the most comfortable shoe quickly becomes constricting as the constant pressure of their body weight causes their feet to expand throughout the day. Thankfully Crocs has invented a shoe that is both comfortable enough to be worn all day and stylish enough for the workplace. More specifically, Crocs Mercy Work is a uniquely designed shoe that does just what its name suggests—offers mercy for feet during long hours at work. The structure, materials, design, and embellishment on these shoes all work in conjunction to make these shoes an ideal pair for both clocking hours on the job and after work activities.

Crocs Mercy Work footwear features the comfortable lightweight design and technology of other Crocs’ brand shoes, however this particular style includes special features to make these shoes fully comply with all company mandated rules for employee attire. Like traditional Crocs, the design of the Mercy Works is carefully constructed to allow for maximum comfort at all times. For example, these shoes feature “circulation numbs” to help stimulate blood flow to the feet and toes at all times; this is important in a work setting where individuals stand in one position for an extended period of time, as it is these numbs that prevent feet from “falling asleep.” These shoes also are designed to be roomy and wide enough to prevent feet from feeling constricted and are designed with enhanced arch support. (The company even advises users to order these shoes in half a size down rather than half a size up, since Crocs are only sold in full sizes, and the extra width should be ample enough to make up for any half size differences from traditional shoes.)

At the same time, this footwear is constructed from Croslite™ material, and this combination of materials and construction techniques ensures that wearers of these shoes do not have to suffer from unwanted pressure on their feet, backs, hips, or legs. In fact, these shoes can even boast of being ergonomically certified and proven to reduce muscle fatigue over 60% more than simply standing barefoot. Croslite material is also odor resistant and extremely easily to clean. Additionally, Crocs are very light, typically weighing less than 10 ounces.

In order to keep these comfortable shoes fully in compliance with all workplace safety standards, the Mercy Work design features a heel strap to ensure that these shoes stay securely on feet at all times. However, these shoes are designed to also help wearers themselves stay in place (when necessary) and avoid slipping, as the Crocs Lock™ tread has been proven to even exceed industry safety requirements for anti-slip footwear. Because of this, these shoes are appropriate for just about all work settings—from hospitals to schools.

However, as briefly mentioned previously, these Crocs are not just an excellent choice for work attire because of their practicality but also because of their stylish features. Available in three different color choices (black, navy, or white), the tops of these shoes are also embellished with a classy, timeless paisley print. This way, these shoes can easily be paired with just about all other work attire.
