Pete Doherty was arrested for drunk driving charges on June 11th for driving while intoxicated. Today Pete went to Cheltenham Magistrates Court and was told to return to Cheltenham Crown Court on October 2nd.
Doherty has admitted to drug possession along with driving without a license or insurance. However, Pete denied the report of dangerous driving. Doherty was fined £515 for an crime committed last November. The rocker will have to enter a plea for the drunk driving charge on October 2nd.
The judge gave Pete the restriction of not being allowed to sit in the front seat of any vehicle. However, Pete’s curfew has been lifted which now enables him to leave his home outside the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am.
