Costello & Mains partner Kevin M. Costello, Esquire, who concentrates his practice in jury trials for employment and civil rights cases, was sworn in on June 15, 2012, as one of eight Executive Officers of the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly, New Jersey ATLA), for the 2012 to 2013 term. Along with other Executive Officers, which include the sitting President, a President elect, Vice Presidents and others, Kevin will advise and guide the efforts of the organization to preserve equal justice in New Jersey and open access to the Courts for the working men and woman of New Jersey, and for their families.
"I'm deeply honored to be in part responsible for the custodianship of an organization to which I've belonged since I entered the practice twenty years ago," Kevin says. "The interests that wish to restrict and constrict equal access to the Courts, and to limit or eliminate the rights of working men and women, never rest, and this organization must never become complacent. As officers of the organization, we will continue to fight with every resource at our disposal to make sure that the law remains fair and balanced, and does not tip in favor of large corporate or moneyed interests. That's NJAJ's mission and I'm proud to be a part of it."
