Chad Ochocinco had something extra to celebrate on July 4 – his wedding to longtime love Evelyn Lozada. Ochocinco and Lozada exchanged vows in front of close friends and family in Miami Wednesday evening. The wedding will be featured on the couple’s VH1 reality show that debuts next month.
Ochocinco, 34, used Twitter to make fans part of his big day. The Dancing with the Stars alum posted numerous updates throughout the wedding.
“Live tweeting from my wedding... should be a first I'm assuming, music is playing, can't see my guest right now but they're here... #nervous,” he wrote.
“Here we go.... Proverbs 18:22... I love you guys... If I do it right the 1st time I won't have to do it again... Turn up...” Ochocinco added.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver proposed in November 2010 and let Lozada, who previously starred on VH1’s Basketball Wives, pick out a 10 carat diamond ring from Jason of Beverly Hills.
