Former Playboy playmate and reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith may have to start looking for some new digs after Thursday. Her former boyfriend, G. Ben Thompson, has obtained a court judgment ordering her to vacate the house she is currently residing in with companion Howard K. Stern.
The oceanfront property in the Bahamas was purchased by Thompson, but Smith has claimed it was given to her as a gift. She has been in the residence for several months since the death of her 20-year-old son Daniel.
Stern, who happens to be Smith’s attorney as well, has said the court order was “improperly obtained” and said the two would remain on the property for as long as they desired.
Thompson’s attorney has said they will ask court officers to clear Smith out of the million dollar pad if she doesn’t vacate by Thursday.
