Palm, Inc.PALM-Pre's debut went "exceedingly well"

Palm Inc. CFO Doug Jeffries spoke Tuesday at a technology conference in Vail, and said that Pre's debut with Sprint went "exceedingly well."

Jeffries did not divulge sales numbers. That's par for the course.

He did make some points about Palm's financial viability, noting that the company should be "cash flow positive" by the second half of 2010.
