Recently reported Dell Inc and Taiwan-based Foxconn International Holdings Ltd working on together to produce smartphone proposed by China Unicom of (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Dell decided to bring its smartphone to China after telecom operators in the U.S. and Europe declined to accept it, said sources.
