First Britney Spears Drops Billboard Music Awards Now Paris Says No Way
It was originally slated to couple Hollywood’s newest couple, the suddenly single Britney Spears, and the suddenly sympathetic Paris Hilton. Now the Billboard Music Awards is without both blondes.
While Spears dropped her co-hosting duties earlier last week, Paris has apparently stepped aside from her responsibilities as well.
According to her spokesman Hilton objected to some of the jokes that she was supposed to make while hosting, “Paris did not want to say anything that could appear hurtful or embarassing about people she knows.”
With the awards ceremony scheduled to air live on Monday there has been no word of who will replace the partying duo, perhaps Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie.
