Thursday night Discovery Laboratories Inc. makes an announcement that it’s CEO, Capetola has resigned as a director on Discovery Labs' board of directors.

The resignation comes four months after the Warrington, Pa, company suffered another in a long string of delays in getting Food and Drug Administration approval for its lead new drug candidate, Surfaxin.
