Most couples don’t survive infidelity. Aside from destroying trust, cheating is one of the leading reasons a spouse retains a divorce attorney to dissolve their marriage.

Couples who have children are encouraged to have a divorce lawyer work on their custody agreements. When enmeshed in a contentious battle, couples often unintentionally thrust their children in the middle of their fight.

Regardless of whether a couple thinks they will split amicably or be locked in a contentious fight. They will benefit from the sage advice of an experienced divorce attorney.
