Howard Stern and wife Beth Ostrosky are mourning the loss of their beloved English bulldog Bianca. Stern revealed Bianca’s death on Twitter just hours before appearing for judging duty on Tuesday’s live episode of America’s Got Talent.
"Tough day today my friends. Thanks to all for all the kind messages. Give your dog a hug for me tonight," Stern, 58, wrote.
Ostrosky also paid tribute to the 10-year-old bulldog on Twitter. "We lost our precious Bianca today. my sweet little girl, may you rest in peace. i love you forever," said Ostrosky. "All of your kind words are helping me through the saddest day of my life. thank you."
Stern’s fellow America’s Got Talent judge immediately offered her condolences. "So sorry to hear about Bianca. My heart is breaking for you. Love, your friend Sharon,” she Tweeted.
The Stern’s love for Bianca was well known – the dog was part of the couple’s 2008 wedding and earlier this year they each got her name tattooed on their wrists. Ostrosky has also posed several times with Bianca in magazine spreads. She also featured Bianca on the cover of her dog parenting book ‘Oh My Dog.’
