The Well Digger’s Daughter, starring Daniel Auteuil, Kad Merad, Sabine Azéma, Jean-Pierre Darroussin, Nicolas Duvauchelle, Astrid Bergés-Frisbey and Emilie Cazenave, opens in theaters Friday, July 20. The drama, set in the French countryside at the beginning of World War I, tells the story of a father's dilemma after his daughter has a child out of wedlock.
