Baseball Fans..

Fans are Fans however being a Floridian I learned the hard way that this statement is not exactly equal.

I spent the weekend in New York and everywhere you looked you saw Yankee logos.

The same is not true for Florida.  We have won two National titles with a very young team and our Marlins do not get the “love” they deserve.  Rarely do you see a Marlin shirt or cap outside the stadium walls.  It’s time to wake up and shake things up a bit.  We are getting our own stadium retractable roof and all.  Show your support take a stand no we are not in NY or Boston but who cares I for one think we are in a better place.  Cheer on your team act like you care.  We have some of the best players in the game.  I want people who visit our state to know we are about more than South beach and The Mouse’s house.  We are the home of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Miami Heat, who also won a championship, The Orlando Magic and the Miami Dolphins plus our college teams.

We have some of the finest teams in the country but you don’t hear much about them unless they are in a playoff run. We at Hollywood Collectibles think it is time to stand up and cheer.

Hanley Ramirez is in the running for a batting title.  Go to the stadium scream and shout let them know what we are all about.
