Chris "The Real Deal" Cormier trains Jill Rudison

With over 20 years of professorial bodybuilding experience under Chris "The Real Deal" Cormier's belt, he has now turned trainer to Jill Rudison. Jill hit the professional circuit hard a few years ago, with the face of a model and the physic of an Olympic athlete, the two combined are taking over fitness industry one bicep at a time!

While Jill's schedule is nothing to play with, every move Rudison makes is strategically surrounded to fuel her awesome body that she has transformed into a powerful machine, 5 intense workouts at Gold's Gym in Venice California, strict dietary needs & requirements, with her team at her side every step of the way, to make her a champion!

While over the past few months Jill Rudison’s name is everywhere from endorsement deals to reality tv. However, Jill has her eye on her training. Balancing both the celebrity status, she is achieving to hardcore training lifestyle, yet still finds time for some good old fashion fun, to make her friends laugh outside of the gym

Olympic body builder, fitness and spokes model Jill Rudison has earned her respect in the industry through her determination and strong competitive spirit. This Miami native plans to win the Pro Card for her state at some point in her career.

After competing for 8 years in the NPC sanctioned body builder and physique, Jill proudly obtained 3rd place in the NPC USA’s in Vegas.

Working out for Jill is enjoyable, she explains how growing up she was not always physically fit but now finds joy in having full control of her body.

Once she pursued a healthy lifestyle, Jill felt her energy level grow. She describes fitness as a lifestyle, and says it is a decision and it is a journey.

 

Chris Cormier

Professional body builder Chris Cormier had his big break in 1994 where he won 6th place in the Olympic Competition for his division.

His success did not end there, that very year he won fourth placed in the Arnold Classic and second in the Ironman Pro Invitational.

Aside from various wins in body building competitions Chris has received a wide variety of magazines and made the cover of Muscular Development.

Chris's story is one of triumph, in 2006; Chris suffered from an infected spine and has been able to make a full recovery.
