Bank of America Corporation recently announced that the company will not be able to meet the deadline for the regulatory filing of its mid-year financial results for the fiscal year ending 2009,
The Company delayed the mid-year results report, which was supposed to release the report before August 14, 2009, due to the changed regulations. The Company will release the mid-year results report to Ministry of Finance Japan, before September 8, 2009.
