Tower fired hundreds of its employees due to ongoing economic crisis, and has now about 1, 000 employees and is now on a four day workweek in order to cut costs. It is now working on a 70% production capacity compared to 40% in the first half of this year. The company will continue to run in a five-day work week every other week in the first stage.
