Kristen Stewart is said to be “absolutely devastated” over reports claiming she cheated on longtime love Robert Pattinson with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. Us Weekly magazine has published pictures in their new issue that appear to show Stewart and Sanders “kissing like teens” during a short rendezvous in Los Angeles on July 17.
“Kristen was sitting with her back against the driver’s-side window and this guy was kissing her entire body,” an unidentified photographer told the tabloid.
An insider tells People magazine the incident was “just a fleeting moment that shouldn't have happened.” "She wasn't having an affair with Rupert,” the source says. “She never meant to hurt anyone. She's a good person who just made a bad choice.”
"It was a mistake and a complete lapse in judgment,” the insider adds.
Sanders, 41, has not commented. He has two children ages 5 and 7 with wife Liberty Ross. Ross played Stewart’s mother, Queen Eleanor, in Snow White and the Huntsman.
Stewart, 22, and Pattinson, 26, began dating after meeting on the set of Twilight in 2008. They will appear together next in the final installment of the film series, Breaking Dawn Part 2.
