Although Willie was kicked out of the Big Brother house last week, his behavior continues to affect his teammates - Shane and JoJo. The two immediately became Frank’s new targets when Willie was expelled from the game. JoJo talks to Frank about not holding Willie’s actions against her, but Frank is having none of it. He tells her she has to face the consequences for choosing to remain loyal to Willie.
Boogie suggests Frank try to backdoor Shane instead of putting him directly on the chopping block, but Frank isn’t keen on taking any risks. Frank nominates Shane and JoJo for eviction. The target is Shane.
Ian, Ashley and Wil are chosen to play in the Power of Veto competition along with Frank, Shane and JoJo. The players must find food items in giant bowls of cheese, beans, guacamole and salsa, and them put the food items on their menu in the order they appear on a completed menu. The person to get the most items correct in the shortest amount of time wins the POV. Everyone but Ashley got all of their items right. Shane wins the POV because he rang his answers in first.
With Shane safe, Danielle realizes she is the obvious choice for the replacement nominee. Dan tells her she must campaign to stay because he doesn’t plan on doing any campaigning for her. He says campaigning for her will only put a bigger target on her back because the other coaches will want him out. Danielle is upset and feels abandoned. She approaches Shane about his vote, but he refuses to promise her anything.
Frank and Boogie try to do some damage control with Shane, telling him he wasn’t necessarily the target this week. They talk about working with him in the future, and Shane is open to the idea. He agrees not to tell Britney about their conversation.
With Shane coming off the block, JoJo realizes she is now the target. Shane comes up with a plan to save both JoJo and Danielle by getting Frank to backdoor Wil. He goes to Frank with the plan, but Frank isn’t ready to go after Janelle’s team yet. At the POV ceremony, Shane takes himself off the block and Frank puts Danielle up in his place.
