Insiders say Kristen Stewart is “very angry at herself” for cheating on longtime boyfriend Robert Pattinson. The 22-year-old Twilight actress confessed to a brief fling with married director Rupert Sanders on Wednesday after Us Weekly magazine published pictures of the pair kissing during a secret meeting in Los Angeles on July 17. Although Stewart publicly apologized to Pattinson, the actor has reportedly moved out of the Los Angeles home they share.
"She's very angry at herself. She's really not blaming anyone but herself,” a source tells Us Weekly magazine.
Pattinson, 26, is said to be “really depressed.” “He doesn't know what to do. He doesn't know if he should forgive her or not,” says a source.
"He's so heartbroken. He's shocked she could hurt him and humiliate him this way,” another insider says.
Sanders, 41, directed Stewart’s latest film, Snow White and the Huntsman. His wife Liberty Ross appeared in the film as Stewart’s mother. Sanders apologized to Ross and their two children Wednesday in a statement. "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," he told People. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
