Lindsay Lohan Causes Yet another Traffic Accident

Lindsay Lohan cannot seem to stay out of trouble between the Dui arrests, theft charges and traffic accidents, it would appear that she is more familiar with the inside of a courtroom than a movie set. Now LiLo has been involved in yet another traffic accident.

Her latest accident happened yesterday just moments after photographers snapped photos of her shopping on Sunset Boulevard. X17 online reported that Lohan slammed into the rear of a silver Mustang just a few miles away from the Chateau Marmont where she has been living for the past several months.

Lohan was driving the same rented Porsche that she crashed into a tractor trailer last month. X17 online photographers said, “Lindsay WAS not driving dangerously—it was merely a minor accident in bumper to bumper traffic in the Sunset Plaza neighborhood.”

The police were not called for this minor accident. Lohan and the Mustang driver exchanged insurance information and went on their way.

Though this most recent accident was minor, Lohan has a record of reckless driving. She nearly totaled her Porsche last month and is still on probation for a 2007 DUI charge. She was also accused of hitting a photographer with her car outside a Los Angeles nightclub.

The driver she struck in last month’s collision hired an accident attorney to file a lawsuit against Lohan to recover his property damage costs and pain in his neck and back.

Reckless and negligent drivers can create havoc on the roads; many serious personal injuries or traffic fatalities are caused by these careless drivers. Fortunately, we have a civil court system that allows accident victims to seek compensation for their suffering.
