Danish biotech firm NeuroSearch will be teaming up with Johnson and Johnson’s Janssen Pharmaceutica in developing drugs for central nervous system disorders.

The alliance will bring NeuroSearch a guaranteed 32 million euros ($45.7 million) in the first three years, including an upfront equity investment of 10 million euros and a put option of 5 million, Neurosearch said in a statement on Monday.
